These Terms and Conditions are an agreement that governs your usage of the Hotspotty Affiliate program (“Program”), which is owned, operated, or provided by or on behalf of Hotspotty Ltd (“Hotspotty”). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term “Affiliate” shall mean any individual that has signed up for the Program through the Goaffpro platform to provide a referral service to Hotspotty.
As a Hotspotty Affiliate, you agree to abide by this Terms and Conditions and any other additional Hotspotty Terms and Conditions regarding the Affiliate Program that may be provided and amended by us from time to time. Your access to and use of the Program is subject to legally binding terms and conditions, please carefully read all of the following before you proceed.

Using the Program indicates your acceptance to these Terms and Conditions and that you intend to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to use the Program.
Referred Sale Qualifications
The Program is the provision of a referral service that allows you to be an Affiliate by referring our products to other persons. In order to participate in the Program, you are required to sign up for a Goaffpro account through https://hotspotty.goaffpro.com
Upon which you will be required to have a USDT (TRC-20) account wallet address. Every time you want to participate in this Program via sharing our products, you can create a unique link on the Goaffpro dashboard using your Goaffpro account. You can then share the unique link to other persons.
To be considered a successful sale, the product must be purchased on app.hotspotty.net.
Affiliate Links
You may share your unique link on any social media platform or wherever you wish.
Eligibility of Sale
For you to earn a commission, you must generate a sale within the given 180-day cookie period from the date you received our unique link, any sale done outside the assigned duration will not be counted as commission. You can create a new link anytime in your Goaffpro dashboard.
Order Cancellations/Returns
If any of your referred sales are canceled or returned, it will not be considered for a commission.
Review Period
Before commission is paid, Hotspotty has a 60-day review period to verify qualified sales which will earn a commission.
Commissions
For every successful referred sale, you will receive a 5% commission of the first month (exclusive duties and/or taxes). The commission will be paid via USDT (TRC-20) every month after the review period. For example, if the sale is made on the 1st of the month (and has been deemed successful), the commission will be paid 60 days after.
Please refrain from using your own affiliate links when making personal purchases. All sales are put under review and Hotspotty has the right to decline commission from these sales. If and when provided with a discount code for affiliate link, please refrain from using it for personal purchases. If an affiliate uses discount code and affiliate link for its own purchases, Hotspotty reserves the right to cancel the discount code without any notice to the affiliates.
Payment via USDT (TRC-20)
It is a requirement that you also create a USDT (TRC-20) account. This USDT (TRC-20) account is what Goaffpro will use to pay you being our Affiliate. We are not responsible for any error or omission in the name, mailing address, or destination account information you provide.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is NOT allowed. If we were to suspect any PPC bidding by you, we reserve the right to suspend your account indefinitely.
Liability
Hotspotty will not be held liable for any indirect or accidental damages that will occur during the usage of the Program. We do not claim that the entirety of the Affiliate Program will be free of error although we will do our best efforts to maintain that the Program will run as smoothly as possible. You will be responsible for all activity on your account as well as for keeping all your passwords confidential.
Acceptance of Terms of Agreement
The terms in this Terms and Conditions will take effect upon your acceptance to the Program and will end when the Program is terminated, or when you decide to delete your Goaffpro account.
Email Updates
Hotspotty will send timely email updates to you being an Affiliate partner regarding the Program.
Tax and Fees
To be a Program Affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old to be eligible and you will be responsible for all taxes and any other local requirements and fees.
Hotspotty employees’ ineligibility
Affiliate cannot be an employee or legal representative of Hotspotty. If we suspect that any Hotspotty employee or legal representative is utilizing the Program, we reserve the right to suspend the Goaffpro account.
Advertising, spam, and other unscrupulous practices
Any form of paid advertising, spamming, and other unscrupulous practices will not be tolerated and may result in the withholding of the commission if Hotspotty deems that the Affiliate is acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of the Program. Please do not use the Program directly or indirectly for any fraudulent or illegal undertaking, do not spam send your unique link for the purpose of distributing malware, virus, trojan or any other malicious code or data or illegal or obscene material. Do not try to get unauthorized access to any account, password or other information of other users nor try to impersonate other users. Your use of the Program should comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the territory you reside.
Limitation of liability
The Affiliate shall hold Hotspotty harmless for all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses arising out of these Terms and Conditions due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of the Affiliate.
Termination of Account
Hotspotty has the right to close any Hotspotty Affiliate’s account and deactivate their unique link when there is an attempt to use the Affiliate Program in a questionable manner, or if the action breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
Hotspotty has the right to cancel the Affiliate Program or change its current Terms and Conditions and commission rate at any time in its sole discretion without notice. By updating these Terms and Conditions, the changes will be effective as of the date when the update is posted on this page. We may provide notice to you of the material revisions by means of a general notice on our websites at https://hotspotty.net/hotspotty-affiliate-program/terms-conditions/, please do revisit this page periodically to review these Terms and Conditions. Continuing the usage of our Program after the revisions are posted means you agree to our revised terms.
No Partnership Created
Nothing herein contained shall be deemed or construed to create a co-partnership or joint venture between the parties hereto and you shall not be deemed as agent for Hotspotty.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If any legal action were to arise, these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria without giving rise to any principles of conflicts of law.
